Deal Pride is a grassroots LGBTQ+ organisation based in the historic seaside town of Deal, Kent.
We exist to celebrate, support, and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community in Deal and the surrounding area—creating spaces where everyone can be seen, heard, and proud of who they are.
We are a volunteer-led, community-focused organisation committed to promoting equality, inclusivity, and acceptance for all, regardless of sexuality, gender identity or background. Whether through joyful public events, quiet support networks, or powerful partnerships, our work is built on connection, compassion and pride.
From our annual Pride celebrations to regular socials, community outreach, and education initiatives, Deal Pride is here to help build a brighter, bolder, and kinder future for all.
What We Do
Pride Events: Hosting inclusive and accessible Pride celebrations in Deal, showcasing local talent, community groups, and LGBTQ+ voices.
Support & Outreach: Connecting people to support networks and resources, with a focus on mental health, youth engagement and local advocacy.
Community Building: Creating regular meetups, safe spaces, and opportunities to come together and celebrate diversity all year round.
Education & Awareness: Challenging stigma, sharing stories, and promoting LGBTQ+ visibility in schools, workplaces and public life.
